Need a letter or medical report for work, housing, travel or insurance?
We offer a range of non-NHS (private) services for a fee. Please use the form below to tell us what you need. Once we receive your request and payment, we will process your letter within 5 to 7 working days.
These services are optional and not covered by the NHS. Charges apply.

Insurance Medical Report | Report required by an insurer (detailed and factual) | £80 |
Blue Badge Supporting Letter | Letter summarising medical conditions for Blue Badge application | £35 |
To Whom It May Concern Letter | General purpose letter (e.g. for universities, embassies) | £30 |

💳 Payment
Once you submit the form, you’ll be directed to our secure payment system. You can pay using a debit or credit card. We’ll start processing your request once payment has been received.
If we need more information or your request is unclear, we may contact you before proceeding.
📦 Delivery & Timescales
- Standard processing time: 5–7 working days
- Urgent requests: May incur an additional fee – contact us before submitting
- Letters will be sent by your chosen method (email, post or collection)

- We reserve the right to decline requests that are clinically inappropriate or inaccurate.
- Fees are non-refundable once the work has started.
- We treat your information with strict confidentiality in line with NHS and GDPR rules.
- Your letter/report will be written by a GP, based on your medical record and the details you provide.
